Bellow you can see 3 different Famous & Successful logos, as part of my task, my aim is to borrow some ideas from them so I can create my own logo. The B eats by Dr.Dre Features: This logo represents a {b} and a red circle around it which is meant to mean a headphone on someone's head. Adobe Illustrator is used to create logos, graphics and cartoons, the company that owns it is Adobe . The CC in Adobe Illustrator stands for Adobe Creative Cloud . Vector art is created using vector illustration software programs, such as Adobe Illustrator. The purpose of using Adobe Illustrator for this is because it creates a clean art. A bitmap graphic is made of many tiny parts, which are called pixels. As the computer has to store information about every single pixel in the image, the size of a bitmap graphic is often quite large.  The differences between Vector and Bit-maps is that a vector images uses geometrical formulas to represent images and bit-maps the image is made up of a pattern.

The image bellow shows a basic landscape that I have done on Adobe Photoshop,using different type of brush tools and colors. This was part of a task given by my teacher, I was actually meant to do a basic landscape like this.

Editing between 2 different pictures and the outcome of it This was the outcome of the picture after I have done all the editing using different type of tools like quick selection tools, copy and paste, new layer. Once you open Photoshop, to open a New File follow these steps carefully: 1- Click on the file button on the top left and there should be a drop down menu 2- Then you click on New, a square with different options should appear 3- You choose the name, size and color of your choice e.t.c  4- Once you choose the name, size etc click on OK, then a white square should appear and that's your New File created Click on File Click on New or use Ctrl+N After choosing your preferred settings and name etc Click on OK Here it is

To be able to create a new layer from part of another you have to do the following: 1- First of all you have to select an existing layer, and make a selection.. 2- Once you do that you choose one of the following options; Layer> New > Layer by cut, to cut the selection and paste it into a new layer. Layer > New > Layer by copy, to copy the selection into a new layer.

Once you open Photoshop to create a new layer you have to do the following: 1- To create a layer with a default name and setting, you have to click on the New Layer button in the Layers panel.. 2- Then to create a layer and specify a name and option, choose Layer > New > Layer, or choose New Layer from the Layers panel menu.
